Sub Skew(AngleX As Double, AngleY As Double)

The Skew method skews a shape relative to the reference point specified by the Document.ReferencePoint property.

Parameters
Description
AngleX
Specifies the degree in which to slant the shape object horizontally
AngleY
Specifies the degree in which to slant the shape object vertically

The following code example creates an isometric cube:
